Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are in excellent condition for sale.

Price
All prices are nett and priced in various currencies, namely, US Dollars(USD), Singapore Dollars(SGD), Euro Currency(EUR) and British Pound(GBP).  No discounts will be given unless stated specifically.

Delivery Services
Delivery will take typically 1 day after day of placing order, provided the order is made before 12pm and the item is available.  Customer will be provided with a tracking number for orders above US$20, and can check online for the status of the delivery in the respective web sites:-

Payment
Secure credit card payment through our web site is collected by PayPal.

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods.  We will not entertain any cancellations once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
We will send an acknowlegdement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.  If the item is unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange and Refunds
All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable . We ship all our items with care. Fragile items are protected by soft papers and bubble wraps to prevent scratches during handling before we ship it out. We will only exchange your order if it has arrived in a bad state. Example, broken, torn or smashed. We'll assist you with a prompt exchange within 5 or more working days from exchanged date (Depending if the item needs to be fixed). If selected items are out of stock or limited in pieces, you can exchange for another item of similar or higher value. You only need to top up the difference. Otherwise we will not exchange your order for any other reasons.

Delivery of any returned/exchanged items to us will have to be absorbed by the customer. We will in turn bear the delivery charges for sending back the new item.

How can I track the status of my order?

For orders dispatched with registered mail, you can visit http://www.hongkongpost.com/eng/index.htm and enter the the consignment note number that we have emailed you.

For orders sent to US, you can visit http://www.usps.com and enter the air way bill number that we have emailed you.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

How do I place an order online?

Placing an order online is just a simple 4 steps.  First, you browse from the various selections i.e. BMW, Mercedes, etc and categories i.e. head lights, tail lights, etc.  Next, you select items which are of interest to you and have them placed into your list of favourites where you can compare them at a glance.  Third, you add whatever items that you want to purchase into our shopping cart.  Finally, you make payment with your credit card via Paypal upon confirming the items in your shopping cart.

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

You will indicate the country you are from and we will automatically charge the shipping into your bill.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

At present, we do not impose any sales tax on your order.

I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?

Shop online
Use our top tab navigation to browse from the various selections i.e. BMW, Mercedes, etc.

Each tab has further categories i.e. head lights, tail lights, etc of the selection mapped out down the left-hand side.

Upon selecting the category, it will display the pages for navigation.  Instead of viewing all items within the category, you can then choose to view unique items only.

You can choose to display 8, 16 or 32 items on each page.  You can also sort the display of items by its model, date of introduction and the popularity of the item being viewed.

Also, we have included a gift finder who will hopefully help you find your item.

Will MAXU.com ship to an international address?

Yes, we are able to send orders internationally.  However, please note that we are not able to send to a P.O. Box address.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently use PayPal to handle our payments which will accept Visa or Mastercard.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

With PayPal, the security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of their business and their top priority.

We provide gift wrapping for free for every item purchased.  Please indicate while placing your order.

Ordering
Upon checking out, the customer will be transported to PayPal's system where he is required to provide his credit card details.  After successfully verifying the customer's card, he will be notified via email of the order confirmation.  The order is subsequently processed.  When the order is not available due to unavailability of goods, the customer will be notified of the unavailability and the amount paid will be redunded.  Should the order be delayed, the customer will be notified of its delay.
